More on 2 Chronicles 5-10

2 Chronicles 5
Building of the temple calls for order and structure. As we build the temple of God we are building our body as the temple, a place where the Holy Spirit can reside in. It takes sacrifice and sanctification for us to carry out the assignment God has for us. We serve a true God who does everything in order and with decency. God has structure to all his plan only men fail to keep them. Therefore, we allow the temple to crumple. God likes us to do all things in excellence. When we reference God in all his beauty we show respect to Him. We must obey God in order to receive the blessings he promised to us. What He promised to Abraham and to Isaac and Jacob is for me to.
2 Chronicles 6-7
We speak of repentance and forgiveness in these chapters. It is very important that we clean our heart and make it right for the Lord to heal our bodies, situation, surroundings and the environment. God encourage that the Israelite walk in holiness by repenting for their sin so the land can be heal. God is a faithful God and wants us to receive all that He has in store for us. It is the will of God for us to rid ourselves of sin and gain the righteousness of God. Some of us are not heal from the inside because we are still harboring sinful acts and performing it with greatness like it is part of our nature. We keep ourselves from the things of God when we don't confess our sins and ask God to forgive us. God wants to forgive us but we have to humble ourselves and come to him. It is not about us but it is about the kingdom of God.
2 Chronicles 9
We marveled just as Queen of Sheba fainted over the wealth and Wisdom of Solomon. God wants us to marvel over the things He does for us and give him the glory. We must learn how to give to build the kingdom of God then in turn God will pour out His spirit on us and increase our territory. Queen Sheba gave to King Solomon although he was filling with all royalty and wealth. He did not want for anything but because she gave to him, he gave to her more that what she given to him. I want to touch on the principles of sowing and reaping. She reaped her harvest even when she was not expecting anything. Also, she sowed in good fertile ground so there was harvest. We have to be mindful that it should not matter what a person have to sow into their life because your turn will come. As you give so you will give double measure. She exercised the importance of sowing.
2 Chronicles 10
After Solomon died it brought about divination between the Israelite because prophecy must be fulfilled. God is a God that He does not lie. He sent his word through his prophets to speak to Jeroboam about taking over the 10 tribes and instructed him on the principles of godly living. He failed of course because he got away. Besides him was Solomon’s son Rehoboam who succeed him as king. Rehoboam lived his life and made decision foolishly. He caused a great nation to fall apart and become rebellious in the sight of God. Rehoboma lacked the spirit of discernment and turned to his peers for direction. He totally lost sight of who has been guiding his grandfather and father prior to death. He turned the other side of his brain and ignored the part that articulates his cognition. He became arrogant and made decision to suit himself. We must be mindful if we don't follow the direction and guidance of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ then we too become divided and separated from God.

In His Word,
